GRABO plus with automatic pressure-regulated pump operation (no permanent motor noise)
The world's first battery-powered hand-held suction device for metal sheets holds on almost any surface, e.g. even checker sheets. Even uneven, porous and rough surfaces can be lifted effortlessly. The vacuum pump built into the handle generates the necessary vacuum to hold the sheet. The installed vacuum gauge with red/green area is used for monitoring. The vacuum pump is equipped with an economy circuit. When the pump reaches the safe vacuum, it is switched off. If the vacuum in the suction cup drops, it switches on again automatically. The running time with a rechargeable battery is approx. 1.5 h (fully charged).
The seal consists of a special chloroprene. It is inserted into the plastic base plate and is held in place by internal stress. When worn, it can be replaced quickly and inexpensively. Additionally installed plastic pads provide more holding force for vertical handling.
For handling whole metal sheets, we recommend using them in pairs.
