The movable punches enable a particularly fast adjustment to the respective cubature of the sheet metal stack formats. The large hard rubber plates Ø 75 x 25 mm mounted on the lifting punches avoid pressure marks and deformations on the sheets. The top sheet can be freely removed from stamped sheet packs on all sides, which is ergonomically advantageous. The FlatLoader is weather-resistant and completely hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461, which means that it can be operated and stored outdoors permanently without any problems. The static load capacity of the FlatLoader with 4,000 kg. Either with 4 polyamide heavy-duty castors including foot lever locks allow for movement under load or as a fixed version. By forklift truck, the FlatLoader at any location - even in storemaster® system shelves - convenient and space-saving storage.
